I'm gonna finish my first phase of National Service in 2 weeks time. POP meaning Passing Out Parade. If all is good and I get my 1 week break (which isn't confirmed), I would try and get all the files back online. In the case that I do not get a break (fill in vulgarities here), it will depend on what vocation I'm posted to. If it's another intensive course then I might not be able to update the site for a while AGAIN (sorry). If it's an easy 8 to 5 job then the site will continue to operate like before I enlisted for National Service.

Overlooked?

As you may all know, judging from the mangas on the site, my favourite genre for mangas is Comedy + Romance. Recently, I've been browsing through baka-updates to find a good manga of that genre that I might have overlooked. And true enough, I found something at the end of my search. It's a manga that I haven't even heard of before. I only came upon it by chance but it was a really great find. It's a 10 volume manga titled "Living Game" and it was published in 1990. I will have it up within the next few days. Look forward to it.

Dead Mangas

Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle

The reason as to why they got removed is still unknown. I am still considering whether or not to re-upload them. I don't want to have wasted my time only to have them removed again.

EDIT: I thought that maybe it was the BWYS guys that got my uploads wiped. Volumes 1-14 of Tsubasa Chronicle got wiped (Scanlated by BWYS), Volume 15 (Scanlated by Ruka_Cobra) & 16 (Scanlated by Cobra_Hyuu) managed to survive. Then again, Volume 17 (Scanlated by Hyuu_Faizuddin_TC) got wiped as well.

As in the case of xxxHolic, Volumes 1-9 (Scanlated by BWYS) got wiped. Then again, Volume 10 (Scanlated by eXeXeX_HOLIC_Manga) got wiped as well.

Man, this is really confusing. I need to figure out why they got wiped in the first place. Otherwise re-uploading them would just be a waste of time.

Also, I'm still not sure why they wiped the entire One Piece. "One Piece" may sound like swimwear but that's not reason enough for it to get wiped. And if we were to consider "xxx"Holic and "One Piece" to be sexual content solely because of their file names. That being the reason would not justify the fact that Tsubasa Chronicle also got wiped.

The only justifiable conclusion I am able to come up with right now is that BWYS requested to have all their files removed, and MediaFire took the libery of removing all the "xxx" and "one piece" content while they were at it.

Final Edit: I've re-uploaded 5 volumes of xxxHolic, 2 volumes of Tsubasa and 1 volume of One Piece. Let's wait and see what happens to them.

Removed Links

It appears that MediaFire has removed all my One Piece and xxxHolic uploads. Stupidly enough, I believe they did it on a whim due to the file names. I will try and get them back up asap. Let me know if any of my other uploads got removed. Also let me know if any of the links aren't working.

Another point to bring forward is this. It appears that some people have been having problems accessing the MediaFire page using FireFox (browser). This problem has never occured for me before as I have the necessary Internet Security. In fact, I'm not even sure as to why this problem is even present (I believe it's because your computers are infected with something). A temporary solution would be to use Internet Explorer (seems to work fine for everyone) to access the files.

If you are interested, I am using Kaspersky Internet Security and it works very well by itself for all your Computer and Internet security needs. Note: This is not a free software. I believe they have a 30-day trial though.

Ramblings

This is after all a blog and it would only be right for you all to read my ramblings every now and then. Anyway, I just suddenly remembered something an acquaintance asked me a few years back. It was a pretty long story and I only remembered the gist of it.

Basically, it goes like this. There were 2 lovers on a ship. Disaster struck, and these 2 lovers were stranded on different islands. The lady wanted to seek her lover on the other island but was at a lost as to what she had to do to get there. It was then that a sailor came up to her and offered to build her a raft to get to her lover's island. In exchange, she had to sleep with him. The lady made her decision and traded her virginity for the trip to her lover. When she arrived at her lover's island, she explained the whole story to her lover. Her lover then gave her a tight slap across her face and asked her never to show herself before him again.

The question was, in this case scenario, which character do you think would fit you best. The lady, her lover, or the sailor.

At first, I thought it was normal for me to choose to be "her lover" in this scenario. But to my surprise, among all the people that were asked this question, the number of people choosing the same answer as me was close to nil. In fact, to my surprise (more of a shock), a high percentage of women actually chose the sailor. This has been bugging me every now and then and I always wonder to myself, was I weird or was everyone else weird?

As fate would have it, after work, Koshiro recieved tickets to an amusement park, and on his way home he meets the young girl once again. He tries to give the tickets to her, but he ends up going to the amusement park with her, where certain "events" take place.

After a tiring day of work, and a nauseating time at the park, Koshiro finally starts to head home, but not after he sees the young girl meet up with yet another older man--Koshiro's own father. "Are you my brother?", the girl asks, and it was then that Koshiro wished he would just dissappear. Brother and sister seperated for a decade, reunited under unique circumstances, with an age gap that speaks for itself. Like strangers, yet related in blood, their interesting relationship starts here.

Description: This story revolves around Yamato Danjou, a student who has just joined what was previously an all-girls school. Being as the ratio of boys to girls is around 1:9, not to mention the girls' incredibly condescending attitude towards the guys, Danjou finds it hard to make a mark for himself at this school. The whimpy guys there aren't much of a help either. Finally, Danjou takes it upon himself to found a boxing club, since he was the boxing champion from his hometown, afterall. However, the head of the four queens of Mabu high school, Mogami Maki, is going to try to make it as difficult as possible for him. However, it turns out that Maki ends up paying more attention to Yamato than any of the boys... why is this? Could she hold some secret that not even Yamato knows about?

Don't be turned off by the first few pages of the manga, this is NOT a boxing manga. The reason why I've only started reading this is because I always stopped immediately after seeing the boxing scene in the first few pages. BUT after my cousin explained to me what the manga was really about, I went ahead to read it and I can confidently say that this is definitely at the very least the top 5 best manga I've read so far.

It's a Manhwa to be exact, meaning Korean manga. It's a fighting manga and the story starts when 2 completely opposite people get their bodies switched. Hence the title. Nothing much to say about this, it's basically about boys beating the shit out of each other.

Kareshi Kanojo No Jijou
Some of you may have watched the anime with the same title. Translated to English, it means "Boyfriend and Girlfriend Circumstances". However, it's English title was named "His and Her Circumstances" instead. The story is exactly what the title says and the way it brings it out is simply amazing. The huge amount of comedy added to the story brings life to it and the romance section is not too exaggerated. It's something I would recommend to both guys and gals alike.
